Dr. Amanda Bennett

I grew up in northern Virginia and showed quarter horses for most of my youth. I was recruited to the Kansas State NCAA equestrian team and graduated with a pre-veterinary bachelor's degree in 2018. I ended up staying in Manhattan, Kansas, and was accepted into Kansas State's College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 2022, I moved to Thompson's Station and completed a one-year internship at Tennessee Equine Hospital where I furthered my skills with the help of amazing mentors. After falling in love with the area and the practice, I was hired as an associate ambulatory veterinarian. My areas of interest are emergency/triage and sports medicine. When I am not working, I enjoy going on outdoor adventures with my dog and being active.
